The Benchmark Group

Benchmark Training and Management Services is part of the Benchmark Group of Companies. The Benchmark Group operates throughout Australia and South East Asia with offices in Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and Jakarta. The services provided by Benchmark are manpower hire, recruitment, and training. The Benchmark Group has been trading and developing its services for over 15 years.

Benchmark Training

Benchmark has been active in training within the oil & gas industry for over 10 years poviding a range of courses and training which are all capable of being specifically tailored to suit individual client needs.

Benchmark Training draws its instructional and technical staff from, primarily, the oil & gas industry, using personnel with skills appropriate to client needs. Instructional and supporting staff are both regionally based and also drawn from other areas of the world. Although Benchmark training uses personnel with appropriate skills for the specific training required and this may mean using overseas trainers, it also prides itself on its record in developing local staff in its area of operations, wherever it may be.

Benchmark Training provides services to industry which include:

  • Emergency Management Training (3 day course)
  • Crisis Management Training (2 day course)
  • Control Room Operator Training (2 day course with competence assessment included)
  • Emergency Management Support Team
  • Competency Assessment (to OPITO or AQTF Australian standards)
  • Training Project Management
  • Training Needs Analysis and Management
